All About CISF Tradesman Recruitment
CISF will soon be recruiting candidates for the post of Tradesman. The CISF Tradesman Notification is out. Candidates will be recruited for various posts like Cook, Barber, Washerman, Sweeper, etc. This is a golden opportunity for the candidates as they’ll get to work in one of the Armed Forces of India.
CISF has released the notification for the CISF Tradesman Recruitment of 914 vacancies. The table below will provide you with more information about it. Candidates should also go through the eligibility criteria prior to filling the application form.
Eligibility Criteria For CISF Tradesman
The Nationality of the candidates should be Indian.
Only males are eligible to apply for these posts.
Candidates must have passed 10th or equivalent from a recognized University or Board.
The Age of the candidates should be between 18-23 years.
The upper age limit for SC/ST candidates is 28 years.
The upper age limit for OBC candidates is 26 years.
The CISF Tradesman application process is online. Candidates are advised to read the eligibility criteria before applying for the posts. The application process has ended now. Below are the steps to apply for the Tradesman posts.
Go to the official website of CISF and download the notification for the post of Tradesman.
Take a print out of the Annexure-A form.
Fill all your personal details like Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Category, Religion, Address, Aadhar Card details, etc.
Paste your recent passport size photograph in the area given for the photograph.
Fill in your educational qualifications correctly.
Sign the declaration at the bottom of the annexure.
After completing the Annexure-A form send it the state/zone post office allotted to you along with the application fee.
CISF Tradesman Application Fee
The application will be rejected without the submission of the application fee. The application fee varies for different categories.
CISF Tradesman Selection Process
The recruitment will be conducted in three stages. The candidates need to clear all the three stages to make it to the final merit list.
The three stages are as follows:
Stage-I: This stage will consist of multiple exams. It will include various tests like Height Bar Test, Physical Standard Test, Physical Efficiency Test, Document Verification and Trade test. All the tests are qualifying in nature.
Stage-II: This stage will consist of a written examination. The written exam will take place in offline mode on an OMR sheet. The exam will be of 100 marks.
Stage-III: This stage will include the final medical exam. Medical fitness of the candidates will be assessed in this stage.
Syllabus of CISF Tradesman Written Examination
The written exam will be of 100 marks and the candidates will get 120 minutes to complete this exam. The exam will consist of Multiple Choice Questions. The syllabus of the exam includes:

General Intelligence
Arithmetic
General English/Hindi
CISF Tradesman Results
The CISF Tradesman Result will be published on the official website of CISF along with the cut-off marks and the final merit list. The expected cut-offs for different categories are given below:
