Bihar TET Exam

The Bihar State Examination Board (BSEB) as we know conducts exams for the Teachers recruitment for secondary and higher secondary through the State Teachers Eligibility Test annually. The last test as we know was canceled by the board due to some discrepancy. Over 2 lac candidates had given the exam but the board canceled that and announced a new Bihar TET Exam for these sincere candidates. The board aims to hold re-examination in 2020 although the date of examination is still awaited.

Applicants who want to secure their careers as teachers in government-run schools for the secondary & Higher secondary level must attempt and clear this TET exam. BSEB TET Eligibility Criteria

There is a basic set of criteria set forth by the selection board that the applying candidate has to meet. These criteria are very important and must be met irrespective of the score attained by the candidate in the examination. Failing which the BSEC TET candidate’s application will not be processed further. Mentioning below the list of eligibility criteria for the candidate to check;

a.       The applying candidate should be minimum the age of 18 years; Maximum age is different for a different category. The Board has allowed age relaxation to the reserved categories. Mentioned below is the table for reference.
